The 2019 Congress Trade Exhibition provides you with an invaluable opportunity to showcase your products and services to a captive audience. Rates quoted below are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. 

Investment: 

VMA Member Exhibitor Package:   $4,510.00 
Non Member Exhibitor Package:  $5,115.00 

Stand Attendee:  $250.00 per person per day.   Trade Exhibition is open Monday and Tuesday.

  • 1 complimentary Delegate registration to the 2019 Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress including 3 nights’ accommodation and access to all sessions and social functions

BUMP IN      
Sunday 26 May between 12.00noon – 5.30pm.  Booths must be completely bumped in by 5.30pm. 

BUMP OUT 
Tuesday 28 May from 4.00pm onwards (after Afternoon Tea).   Exhibitors must be fully bumped out by 9.00pm 

The Trade Exhibition will be open as follows:
• Monday 27 May: 8.00am – 5.00pm 
• Tuesday 28 May: 8.00am – 4.00pm
